This fruit is in sweet taste and measures about 8-16 cm in diameter.It can be round, heart-shaped or irregular.It is thin and green coloured fruit.Custard apples contains high calories, natural sugars and delicious in taste and also act as a nutritious snack.In USA it is called as Cherimoya and it is high demand in that country.

Custard Apple cream:(within 5 minutes)
  • Take 2 deseeded custard apples
  • 500 g soft light cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of gelatin
  • 1/3 cup of boiling water
  • ½ cup of caster sugar
  • 190 ml cream

Mix the gelatin into the 1/3 cup of boiling water.Then beat the softened cream thoroughly and added the cream,caster sugar and the gelatin mixture. Add the custard apple puree then beat till smooth. Pour into glasses and set for about min 8 hours.
